Many potential candidates have asked why we employ interns from Europe. There are many places around the world where young people are seeking for opportunities to grow vocationally and financially. However, our experience shows that the majority of interns from Europe excel above their peers in a few critical areas of emotional competence. They are:
Achievement Orientation
We have seen that people from across Europe possess a work ethic and drive for success not found in many parts of the western world. Residents of this area seem to fundamentally understand the level of sacrifice required to be successful and have outlined clear goals for their future. We have also noted that diligence and perseverance are common character traits found in our European interns.
Strong Command of the English Language
In order to be persuasive in the U.S.A one must be at least conversant in English. Our interns we have selected from Europe have come to this internship with strong English competency. This makes it easy for us to train, develop, and communicate effectively with our program participants.
American consumers are fairly open-minded to hearing about new things. The European accent is intriguing to Americans and allows the intern greater opportunities to initiate and extend conversation, thus increasing their opportunities to initiate new business.

Young adults from Europe achieve a high level of education in comparison to other parts of the world. Consequently, their ability to problem solve and communicate effectively with other business professionals distinguishes them from their peers.
